According to my contact at our local golf cart dealer, you can indeed use a 205/65-10 trailer tire on your golf cart. Your cart should use a 4 on 4 bolt pattern, but I would recommend measuring to be sure it matches your existing wheels. The article I have linked you to shows how to take that measurement.

For the Kenda 225/55B12 Bias Golf Cart Tire - Load Range E # AM1HP60 you will need a 12x7 inch rim and a valve stem. We carry the valve stem # AM20906, but that size wheel we unfortunately do not carry. It is more of an ATV or Lawn Tractor tire size, so I recommend checking out places that specialize in those products to assist.

I am not sure what size tire or wheel you are needing for your golf cart, but a nice option that may work well is the Kenda K500 SuperTurf Tire with 8 Inch White Wheel # AM89992. The # AM3H370 and # TA89RR do indeed have 2-1/2 inch pilot hole diameters and they both have an 81 mph speed rating.
For a golf cart wheel and tire similar to the # AM3H370 the part # AM90016 would be the one to go with. This has the same 2-1/2 inch pilot diameter and 4 on 4 inch bolt pattern but has golf cart rated tires.

I recommend the Kenda bias golf car tire and wheel # AM90002 because it will have a 815 pound maximum load at 22 psi. It's also a 4 on 4-inch bolt pattern.

The Kenda 205/65-10 Bias Trailer Tire with 10" Galvanized Wheel part # AM3H340 would work just fine on a golf cart assuming the size and bolt pattern are correct. In regards to ride quality, this would be hard to predict but the psi rating is only listed as 35 psi which is not much so you should be alright. That said, many will decrease the psi inside the tire until they achieve the desired ride quality but keep in mind this is not exactly recommend by the manufacturer.

The 22/11-10 size tires on your golf cart measure 22 inches in height/diameter and 11 inches in width. It is mounted to a 10 inch wheel. The closest tire size we have available in terms of overall height/diameter is a 5.30-12 tire like the Taskmaster # TT53012C. The largest tire we have that will fit a 10" diameter wheel is a 205/65-10 like the Loadstar K399 Bias Trailer Tire part # AM1HP50 which is 20.5" diameter. For golf cart tires you want to go with the middle of the air pressure range that is designed for the tire. Most likely the range for your tire is 18-22 psi so 20 psi would be ideal.

The sidewall of your Golf Cart Tire that states 35 psi is the max air pressure. You should inflate the tires to that 35 psi when the tires are cold (prior to use) as friction from use will heat them up and alter that pressure. They are intended to operate at the max psi.
